30 Day Return Policy
We will gladly accept a return with full refund less the shipping charge within 30 days of your purchase if the merchandise is returned unopened and unused. The Cashmere Scarf must remain sealed unopened and unused within its plastic bag for us to accept your return. Customer is responsible in returning the merchandise to our warehouse in East Rutherford, NJ. Please contact us if you would like to initiate a return process.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an unopened, unused Cashmere Scarf for you. Please note that due to the color of your monitor, the actual color of your St. KARA Cashmere Scarf received may be a little different than shown on our website. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Contact us to initiate the exchange process.
