SHIPPING POLICY

Each St. KARA Cashmere Scarf is first packaged inside a clear plastic bag.  The plastic bag is then wrapped within a pure white paper with our St. KARA logo sealed on top and placed inside our pearl white St. KARA Gift Box.  Our Cashmere Scarf is handwoven and very fine and delicate to the touch.  It will exude an air of dreams and fineness when you wear it.  Please exercise care when using it so the fabrics remain soft, smooth, and perfect over the years.

If a product is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 days.  We use FedEx Ground to ship within the Continental United States.  A flat rate of $20 is charged for shipping.  We use USPS to ship outside of the Continental United States with tracking services.  If a product is marked in-stock but cannot be shipped within the allocated time, we will contact you.  A flat rate of $35 is charged for shipping outside of the US.

We ship from our distributor ACGS Brands Inc's warehouse in East Rutherford, NJ.

St. KARA's Cashmere Scarfs can be shipped directly to you, even if you do not reside in the United States.  A flat rate $35 shipping fee is charged for shipping outside of the US using USPS with tracking services.  Tariff and Import Tax may be charged to the recipient when importing a product into your country.
